Join me Cecilia Ann, as we spend an hour together in Guided Imagery facing life bravely as trauma survivors. We will then explore our experience together during a 30-minute group discussion. Trauma happens in many ways and affects each person differently. I personally find that Guided Imagery helps me and allows me to help others.

All mats, blankets, and props are provided.
