The start of school is just around the corner and due to COVID-19, Back-to-School looks different this year. Children in foster care experience change often, and these times of uncertainty provide additional challenges. This year Scottsdale Quarter will be partnering with Arizona Helping Hands to host a donation drive benefiting children in foster care.
Come drop off school supplies in the bin located in front of the school bus at 73rd Place in between Albion Fit and PAIGE, anytime that week between 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
WHERE: 73rd Place in between Albion Fit and PAIGE
WHAT: Donation drive benefiting children in foster care.
WHO: Scottsdale Quarter and Arizona Helping Hands
WHEN: August 3-9 from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Along with donating school supplies, you can sponsor a backpack filled with everything a child in foster care needs to go back to school for $35. You can donate online at ahhbacktoschool.org. These supplies will give children in foster care the tools they need to succeed, regardless.
