"BEGINNER" This is a slightly more rigorous style of Easy Tai Chi. Many simple individual moves from Easy Tai Chi are combined together in a continuous fluid sequence that is stationary. Easy Tai chi Form provides all the benefits of Easy Tai Chi with the additional health benefits that come from memorization, fluidity of motion, transition from move to move, extended stamina, and correctness of arm and body positions.
