The Downtown Chandler Farmers Market returns to Dr. A.J. Chandler Park West (3 S. Arizona Avenue) on Saturday, June 6 from 7 to 10:30 a.m.
Come join the downtown Chandler community and support local farmers. Beloved vendors include Black Orchard Farms, the Community Exchange Table, Bad Dog Salsa, AZ Queen Bee Honey, Dr. Hummus, Ginger Brick Bakery and more.
This market will honor the Double Up Food Bucks Arizona program. The initiative doubles the value of SNAP/EBT (formerly food stamps) benefits used at farmers markets across Arizona, helping people bring home more healthy fruits and vegetables while supporting local farmers. The market accepts WIC Cash-Value Vouchers – The WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is associated with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, popularly known as WIC.
The market is taking extra safety precautions to ensure both market vendors and customers are following strict guidelines set forth by the CDC. Due to safety reasons, craft vendors, picnic areas, toys and games will not be available at this time
