As more people seek sustainable, plant-based nutrition, Sky Rock will hold a free seminar dedicated to the far-reaching benefits of a plant-based diet. The seminar will take place on Thursday, Jan. 16, at 5:30 p.m. in Sky Rock’s lobby, which overlooks the majestic red rocks.
Don Fries and Bev Bow, organizers of Sedona VegFest (Jan. 18-19, 2020), along with Stephen Yang, founder of Point Hospitality Group (the parent company of Sky Rock) will lead the hour-long seminar to help people gain a better understanding of plant-based nutrition and its far-reaching impact, including the benefits from both a wellness and environmental standpoint.
Light refreshments will be served following the event.
