Cherish Farm Fresh Eatery
Who says that eating healthy can’t also be fun and flavorful? Cherish Farm Fresh Eatery, which recently opened up in Chandler, has curated a thoughtful menu for all guests, including those who seek to eat vegan, Keto, or gluten-free -- or those who simply want food that tastes great while also being good for the body. And each of these chef-inspired meals is prepared from scratch with fresh and natural ingredients, and as often as possible, using locally sourced ingredients such as produce and beef.

Cherish has made it their mission to provide more than a great meal; employees say “Today We Cherish” as a reminder to reflect upon the people and moments that bring joy and happiness into the lives of each and every customer. By providing a welcoming and positive environment, Cherish wants to ensure that everyone can experience those precious moments with the people they hold dear, whether for a Sunday brunch with family, lunch with coworkers or dinner with friends.

“More than almost any other business, a restaurant offers the opportunity to become a part of your community and -- at least in some small way -- to touch the lives of each of your guests,” says owner David Nelson. “Cherish is about making peoples’ lives better. It is about serving real food made from scratch using only fresh, natural ingredients to create delicious meals that make you feel good, and that you can feel good about eating. It is about providing a welcoming, positive environment where each of our guests knows that they are appreciated, and where they can cherish a meal with friends, family, or colleagues – or simply some time alone away from their hectic lives. Quite simply, it is about doing our part to help people live happier, healthier lives.”

Diners will be treated to a handcrafted menu by chef Steven Fowler, who brings over 25 years experience in Phoenix to Cherish. Fowler has worked at Valley restaurants such as T. Cooks at The Royal Palms, Tonto Bar and Grill, and EVO Scottsdale.

“We wanted to create a menu that was well balanced and approachable to anyone.
When eating healthy, portion control is a big key, so the portions had to show this, but the quality of the food still has to be top notch,” says Fowler. “We started looking at some of the local farms to see what we had to work with looking for local meat suppliers, coffee, and produce. We buy organic where possible, and let the food do the talking.”

“We try to be true to the food and let it be the star,” Fowler adds. “We started testing the items and creating the menu. We make most everything in house. Even down to our cauliflower crust for our pizzas. Ours is not crispy as many other people may have tried, as we don’t use a lot of fillers, so it's actually good for you.”

The menu at Cherish features Superfruit Bowls, Cauliflower Crust Pizzas, Salads, Specialty Dishes, and a Kids Menu, among many other options. They also offer fresh cold-pressed juices, organic coffee, and more.

For breakfast, diners can choose from a Breakfast Bowl, Fritatta, Oatmeal, or Eggs Benedict, or enjoy one of four Superfruit Bowls: Classic, Cherish, Super Protein and Energy. Classics such as Avocado Toast or Salmon Avocado Toast are also available, along with Cherish Cakes or French Toast for those looking for something a bit sweeter.

For lunch and dinner, Cherish offers a wide variety of custom plates, along with a wide selection of salads and grain bowls. Appetizers include Red Miso Soup, Hummus, Char Siu Lettuce Wraps, Avocado Toast and Salmon Avocado Toast. Diners can also choose from sandwiches such as Keto Steak, Pulled Lamb, Roast Turkey and Vegan Impossible Burger, while their signature dishes are Braised Short Rib, Sea Bass, Squash Casserole, Turkey Bolognese and Grilled Vegetables.

There are also four Cauliflower Crust Pizzas on the menu, including Caprese Pizza, Eggplant Pizza, White Pizza and Pulled Pork Pizza.

The menu at Cherish offers great options for children, with choices including any protein and one custom side, turkey and cheese sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich or peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

“We recognize that each guest is an individual, and that a healthy diet means different things to different people. So we have thoughtfully crafted our menu to reflect the varied dietary preferences of our guests, including a wide selection of items that work for guests who are vegan, keto, or gluten-free – or anyone who wants real food that tastes great and makes them feel even better,” says Nelson.

Cherish is located at 2551 W. Queen Creek Road in Chandler.
