IRIS USA’s Annual Fall Festival & Warehouse Sale Returns to Surprise
The free community event on November 7 will feature major savings on home organization products, food trucks, Japanese bento boxes, and family-friendly activities.
Surprise residents can shop for household essentials at steep discounts while enjoying a day of food and family fun when IRIS USA hosts its Annual Fall Festival & Warehouse Sale on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the company’s U.S. headquarters, located at 13423 W. Cactus Road in Surprise. Admission and parking are free.
Shoppers can save up to 90% off retail prices on a variety of products, including plastic storage drawers, bins, totes, pet products, and small appliances such as WOOZOO fans. The selection offers practical finds for homeowners, teachers, hobbyists, and anyone looking to organize their home, garage, office, or craft space.
A Day of Shopping, Food, and Family Fun
The annual event offers more than warehouse-sale bargains. Families can enjoy a kids’ zone featuring games and a bounce house, along with music, food trucks, free shaved ice, and Japanese-style bento boxes available for purchase.
Visitors can also explore the IRIS USA showroom, where guests can sample authentic Japanese rice and sparkling water. The first 50 customers will receive a free gift.
A Company With Local Roots and Japanese Heritage
IRIS USA has called Surprise home since opening its facility in 2016. The location serves as the company’s U.S. headquarters and includes manufacturing and distribution operations.
A subsidiary of IRIS Ohyama, based in Sendai, Japan, IRIS USA combines its Japanese heritage with American manufacturing. The company also supports the West Valley community through Spring Training sponsorships and donations to local businesses and school districts.
The Annual Fall Festival & Warehouse Sale gives residents an opportunity to learn more about the company behind many familiar household products while enjoying a community gathering.
